Since its incorporation in 2016, LandWey has established 18 residential estates between the 2nd Toll Gate and Epe.

LandWey's vision to build a sustainable brand driven by excellence has birthed estates along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, including Isimi Lagos, The Apartment, Hockley, and the Urban Prime series which was recently awarded the Residential Property Development 2021-2022 (Africa category) by the prestigious International Property Awards (IPA).
